How do I find and book a transfer?

On Home or Reservations page, first select your airport and your destination (or pickup address depending which one you chose:  'Traveling from' or 'Going to' Airport).

Click the button "Book". Choose the suitable transfer class and click "Select" to proceed to the booking.

Choose whether you need amenities such as additional stopovers or bottled water. 

Proceed to fill out your information and check it before the online payment.

Once you paid the reservation, you'll receive email with confirmation.

Don't forget to check you Spam folder (Promotion and Social folders also)

What pick-up time should I set?

If you need a transfer from an airport or a railway station, we recommend you to specify your flight arrival time as the beginning of your transfer. In this case, it is more convenient for a driver to organize the meeting.

Important note: if you were notified about a change of arrival time, please let us know so we could negotiate the urgent changes with a carrier.

If you need a transfer from a hotel to an airport, specify the time you should be met at the reception. You will have to calculate the departure time by yourself. We recommend you to have a spare 3 hours for the airport check-in and transfer duration time. Approximate time a driver needs to arrive at the airport is specified on the booking page.

How do I pay?

You have a choice to use either secure credit card payment or cash*.

In case you're using secure credit card payment, your booking should be automatically confirmed.

Cash option is currently available only for pickups from city address (to airport), and in case of a large volume of orders, we will be forced to put your order in the last queue, which does not guarantee the fulfillment of orders, because there are risks for us from dishonest customers (no-show, etc.)

Therefore, full online payment guarantees the honouring of services by us.

How can I find my driver?

Important note: the driver will meet you with the nameplate showing your first and last names, which you specified in the booking form. Please make sure your name isn't easily confused with anyone else.

Pick-up Instructions:

From Airport: At the exit of baggage claim

From Hotel: At the hotel lobby or reception

From Apartment: At the entrance. If your accommodation requires special permission or electronic chip/card to enter, it is your responsibility to let the driver come in with his car. Otherwise, the driver will be waiting as close as possible at the entry point.

Non-standard luggage and animals

LUGGAGE.

For standard luggage the sum of three dimensions (length, width, and height) does not exceed 158 cm. Any bigger baggage can be considered non-standard.

If you have non-standard luggage with you (skis or snowboards in case of private transfers to the ski center as well as bikes, prams, wheelchairs, big suitcases, golf clubs etc.), consult with our support manager what vehicle type is more suitable for you.

ANIMALS.

Transportation of animals is regulated by the legislation. Any animal should be transported in a portable carrier and have medical certificates and other documents according to the legislation of the country visited.

Important note: in case of a law violation or failure to notify us in advance, the driver has a right to refuse to provide the transfer service.

The company-carrier can require compensation for any damage of the vehicle during the trip.

How do I know whether my hotel is in Ulaanbaatar city center or outskirt?

Most hotels are located in what we consider Ulaanbatar city center. 
If your hotel is in a quite far distance from Ulaanbaatar city center (usually exceeds 50 km range from the airpor), we'll let you know and may add extra charge in the amount of USD 5-15.

Will I have to pay extra for waiting?

If you are booking a transfer from the airport to the city, the price already includes one hour of waiting after the scheduled arrival time. If your flight is being delayed for less than 30 minutes, the driver will monitor it and arrive by the time of landing. If you learn about a longer flight delay, please inform us as soon as possible by emailing, calling or texing (or better to our Whatsapp number) one of the phone numbers sent to your email.

Please note that if the waiting time exceeds 1 hour after you landed, the driver may ask to pay extra for waiting.

If you book a transfer from the hotel, the price includes 15 minutes of free waiting from the time stated in the order.

How do I change my booking?

There are two ways to change the booking:

Contacting our support team via email, telephone, text (Viber / Whatsapp) , if there is less than 24 hours before your transfer.

Important note: the changes in your order requested less than 1 day before the trip may be declined.

Cancellation & Its policy

You may cancel by contacting the support team, if there is less than 24 hours before your transfer via email, telephone, text (Viber / Whatsapp).

Important note: in case of an urgent cancellation we will not be able to refund you the prepayment. Free cancellation period is stated in the email and on the page of Change/cancellation of booking.

You may cancel your booking with full refund of the amount paid:

within 12 hours before the transfer for the Economy and Minivan class,

If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before its beginning, penalties can be applied according to Terms and Conditions.

You will receive a refund in the same way you paid for your booking within 5-7 bank days depending on the payment processing entity.
